Sheesh I'm pooped, but fun was had by all who participated in the fund raiser for Lucienne, held at Ulu Loa Studio in Haiku today. Ahumanu closed the show preceded by a bevy of local talent. Jake and Laurie were quintessential hosts and the food was diverse and delicious. The Benoit Jazz works, featuring the lovely Angie Benoit on vocals was a treat, heck the whole thing was a treat. When Ahumanu played ( Liz and Joanie) Robyn was lured to the lawn to hula to Liz's new song about love on the sands of Hawaii,( Stay tuned for that one on their up coming cd.)
